Gregory Hawkins joined BMS, Inc. and was Chief Executive Officer from April 2001
until February 2004. Before joining BMS, Mr. Hawkins served as Chairman, Chief Executive
Officer of Buy.com, where he helped take the internet retailer public in February
2000. Previous experiences include eight years in senior management positions with
Ingram Micro, Inc, his last position as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, where
he was responsible for overseeing the company's sales and customer program management
operations. Mr. Hawkins' began his career with J. C. Penney, and also worked for
GTE and Mitel Corporation. Mr. Hawkins received his BS in Business Administration
from Oregon State University.

David Ryan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mission Ventures. Based in
San Diego, Mission Ventures has over $280 million under management. Some of Mission's
more notable portfolio companies include Sandpiper Networks which merged with Digital
Island, BizRate.com, MedicineNet.com and Stellcom. Mr. Ryan has over 18 years of
venture capital experience focusing on early-stage information technology and service
companies. Prior to Mission Ventures, he served as founding General Partner of Copley
Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm with $60 million under management.
Prior to Copley, Dave held positions in strategic planning, business development
and plant modernization with Medusa Corp., a Midwest-based manufacturer of industrial
products. Mr. Ryan has been associated with such outstanding winners as Catalina
Marketing, Cephalon, Perspective Biosystems, Pacific Sunwear, and Silicon Graphics.
He is currently a director of Alitum, Complexions Rx, dock3, Entropia, Stellcom,
and Zyray Wireless. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and
a masters degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.

John has over 25 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy and cardiac
rehabilitation in a variety of settings including acute hospital, acute rehab, home
health care, skilled nursing, subacute care and outpatient orthopedic and sports
medicine. From 1983 to 1997, he owned and operated Peachwood Physical Therapy Corporation,
a large and prestigious outpatient sports and spine center serving many world-class
athletes, including dozens of Olympians. Earlier, Mr. Wallace was Director of Rehabilitation
Services for California Primary Physicians with responsibility over the Physical
Therapy Department, cardiac rehabilitation, biofeedback and preventative medicine
exercise programs. For many years he has been active in a variety of leadership
roles in the American Physical Therapy Association. Mr. Wallace is on the Board
of Councilors, Department of Pathokinesiology and Physical Therapy at the University
of Southern California. He is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Registered Physical
Therapist. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at California State University
as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and awarded "Outstanding
Graduate, School of Natural Sciences". He received a Masters of Science degree
in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California.
